Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Returns:

The customer must send back the goods within 14 days.

The customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels.

Items must be returned in a resalable condition.

For all products, any signs of use (such as writing, marks, folds, or damage) may result in a reduced refund due to loss of value.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

We may delay the refund until we receive the goods.

The refund will be processed after deducting the shipping cost. 

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount upon return.

 

Unclaimed / Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not claimed, refused, or could not be delivered due to reasons within the customer’s responsibility (e.g. incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel from a postal office or pickup point), we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

The remaining amount will be refunded using the original payment method after the goods have been returned to us.
